Staff was really helpful and hotel is perfectly clean and pleasant! The room was well-equipped, it included central heating, a work desk, and a TV. I truly enjoyed a cosy decor and comfortable beds.

The room was well-organised and extremely pleasant and had climate control and a balcony. The location was good and fantastic and the staff were gentle.

Everything was perfect, had a perfect stay on other Italian holidays. Location: the hotel was next to the gondolas in Stafal, Ellex, and Gressoney-La-Trinite.

The twin room is new-fashioned and warm. Everything was excellent at the hotel, we would love to come back here some time.

The hotel was a nice place for enjoying a very quite area, near to hiking, and Staffal/Gressoney for the purpose of skiing the location. Great location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. Moreover, the property was at a moderate distance from Staffal.

Beautifully kept venue, nothing too much trouble. Beautifully decorated unit with a cosy decor. Caring and amazingly attentive staff and a superb breakfast including variety of toast and cereals. Location close to the hillside overlooking the road, Staffal / Gressoney for the purpose of skiing the location and slippy hill. Friendly check-in, parking nearby. Sauna was provided too.

i liked well-organised room, it had an exceptionally comfortable bed, air conditioning, a whirlpool, and a balcony. the location was good as for me, just off a great ski area, and the gressoney valley.

Exceptional and spotlessly clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is ideal. The units are modern, heated with fantastic views, good beds and a very modern bathroom. Very good service and the food is local;))

The view from the room/balcony was breathtaking and got even more beautiful with the fresh snowfall. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and the rooms were comfortable with great bathroom facilities.

The food at the hotel was a major disappointment. The quality and taste were below par, especially considering the price.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value at Ellex Eco. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view of the mountains. The location was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the lifts. The staff treated us like family, always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could use some improvement, maybe with a wider variety of options.
